The McFadden XPO

XPO is a day of inspiration and energy! Truly something special - one of the most valuable business and wellness sessions anywhere. The excitement around this world-class transformational experience is at an all-time high, year after year. We are anticipating our 7th consecutive sell-out.

XPO 2019 will be taking place on Friday, February 8th at the Delta Winnipeg. Registration opens at 8:00 AM, and the event concludes at 4:00 PM.

Dr James Rouse is a naturopathic doctor and international wellness expert from Evergreen, Colorado. He's an entrepreneur, keynote presenter, and TV personality having shared the stage with Arnold Schwarzenegger, Richard Branson and Steve Wozniak. He returns as an XPO alumni after much demand.

Dr Debra Rouse, as a naturopathic doctor from Evergreen, Colorado, has over 30 years experience in nutrition, herbal medicine, and integrative and functional medicine.

Tim Nichols is a Nashville Songwriter Hall of Fame member, Grammy, CMA, and ACM-award winning singer-songwriter with nearly two dozen smash hits and multiple BMI songwriting awards.

Preston Gunderson is a talented singer-songwriter from Minneapolis, Minnesota. A finalist on NBC's The Voice and Fox's American Idol, he just released his latest album Wake Up.

Mary Ann Baynton works with employers, organizations, unions, teams, and associations who wish to improve, address or resolve workplace issues related to individual or organizational mental health issues.

Keira Neil

Keira is 11 years old and it’s been 10 years since she was faced with a less than 20% chance of survival. An aggressive cancer took her leg, but there is nothing that could take her spirit. She’s become a competitive gymnast, swimmer, and hockey player and she enjoys downhill skiing, snorkeling, dancing, rock climbing, running, soccer, track & field and waterskiing. Keira doesn’t back down from a challenge, and as you’ll see… she’s a bit of a character.
